We do not ship internationally. If you live outside the US and purchase Yumbox while in the US or through a friend in the US, please note that we cannot make exchanges and we cannot issue refunds. We have many retailers worldwide. Please see our Retailer List for Yumbox near you. Thank you.
If the item is unused, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Yumbox will pay return shipping costs for defective items only. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective items.
