Baked Pita Chips

Baked pita chips are a great idea for snacks or packed lunches. They are easy to make at home and a much healthier alternative than the store bought variety. Play around with seasonings to make it as plain or interesting as you like.

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Cut up the pitas into small wedges.

3Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme, paprika and salt.

4Place in the oven for around 10 minutes, till golden.

5It's a good idea to stir them a bit mid way.

Pita chips make a really nice and healthy addition to packed lunches, especially if you're sending feta dip!


Several pitas

Few tablespoons of olive oil


Dash of thyme and smoked paprika
