Herb Roasted Chicken Breast Cold Cuts

1Preheat oven to 450F

2Place chicken breast on a pan. Sprinkle with herbs and salt. Add olive oil and lemon. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, till done.

3Cool and cut into thin slices.


2 Chicken Breasts

2 tbs of herbs de provence

4 tbs of olive oil

Pinch of seal salt

3 tsp of lemon juice
