    Winter skin care is all about moisturizing for me, but I definitely take more steps with my face. I have a professional facial done every 10 weeks. I also do weekly exfoliations and deep moisturizing treatments at home. Cleansing and moisturizing daily are key to healthy skin (of course, in addition to eating/drinking properly). Serums are amazing, but I always have to add sunblock. Harmful rays are forever present, even when it looks like a drab day.

    My skin routine is gentle soap, every other day! I’ll dry out otherwise, and most moisturizers make me break out.

    For winter, I use aquaphor on my lips, beauty counter skin oil on my face & working man hands lotion on my hands.

    Moisturize and exfoliate and moisturize. It’s a constant battle but I feel so much better when my skin looks healthy.

    I usually drink lots of water and try to eat plenty of fruits and veggies. I also like to use lots of lotion on my skin.

    I use Triple Paste diaper rash cream on extremely dry or raw spots. You know when the cold dry air hits your hands and they hurt. Or you’ve been sick and blowing your nose, ended in it’s raw and hurts. Triple pasted on it at bed time, you will have relief in the morning.

    My most beloved winter skin beauty routine is to apply coconut oil to any and all dry areas including lips before I hop into bed. Keeps my skin feeling superb! Second favorite is staying hydrated, did you know you actually need more water in the winter months?
